Return & Exchange Policy

This Website operates as an automated online store in a “self-service ordering” format. Once you confirmed and placed an order, it will be automatically processed by the system; therefore, order details cannot be manually altered or amended afterwards. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order information before completing payment and confirming the order. 

Important Reminder

We strongly recommend that customers manually type in all information when placing an order (avoid relying on voice-to-text or auto-fill functions). Before confirming your order, please double-check the following details carefully (including but not limited to):

  • Selected products; (and if any variations)
  • Quantity
  • Final price
  • Application and validity of any promo codes
  • Recipient’s name and contact telephone number
  • Delivery address


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.


After-Sales Handling

1. Damaged Items*

If you find that goods have been damaged during transit (e.g., leakage), please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following for follow-up:

  • Order number
  • Name of the affected product(s)
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging

*The Company reserves the final right to decide whether to accept a return or exchange based on the condition of the goods.


2. Missing Items

If you find that any items are missing from your package, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Name of the missing product(s)
  • Clear photos of all received items together with the original packaging


3. Wrong Items

If you receive items that you did not order, please do not open the packaging of those items. Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following: 

  • Order number
  • Name of the incorrect product(s) received
  • Clear photos of the incorrect item(s) in their original, unopened condition
