I. Shopping Notes
To protect your consumer rights, we recommend reading the following policies and notes carefully before placing an order.
Order Placement Method
To ensure you receive order confirmations and status updates, you must register as a member and log into your account before proceeding to checkout.
- Note: We only require a valid email address for registration. We will not use your email for unsolicited marketing purposes. The registered email will only be used for automated system notifications, including order confirmations, payment updates, and delivery tracking.
First Purchase Discount
Thank you for choosing O’PUREO, all first-time orders under a new account will automatically enjoy a 10% discount (excluding gift sets and bundled products). No promo code is required; the system will apply the discount automatically at checkout for eligible first-time customers.
Promo Code Usage
If you have a promo code, please enter it and click “Apply” before completing your payment. As this Website uses an automated system, we cannot manually apply promo codes once an order has been confirmed and paid.
Order Cancellation
Please review your order details carefully before making payment. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
II. Shipping and Delivery Time
Processing Time: Shipment will be arranged within 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Logistics Delays: Delivery times may be extended during public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, Easter) or severe weather. The actual delivery schedule is subject to the courier’s operations.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable contact, failure to collect the package), the customer must contact the courier directly and bear any additional costs. If the order is returned or cancelled as a result, no refund will be issued.
III. Shipping Fees
Local address (Hong Kong and Macau):
■ Orders of HK$500 or above (net amount after discounts): Free Shipping.
■ Orders below HK$500: A fixed shipping fee of HK$30.
Overseas address (Estimated Rates):
Due to varying customs policies and logistics requirements, we do not offer fixed international rates. Below are starting estimates for reference only. We will provide a formal quotation from our logistics provider for your approval before processing overseas orders.
■ Asia: From HK$100
■ Australia & New Zealand: From HK$200
■ Europe & North America: From HK$300
■ South America: From HK$400
■ Africa: From HK$500
- Note: Overseas checkout is currently disabled. Please contact us directly for international shipping inquiries.
IV. Customs and Additional Fees
For all overseas orders, any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
V. After-Sales Services
If you notice missing items or damage sustained during transit, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
■ Order number
■ Name of the affected product(s)
■ Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

VI. Tracking Your Shipment
Once shipped, the system will email you a tracking number. You can track your package through your member account or via the courier’s official website.
